This project will guide you through creating a simple console application in C# that counts the number of words in a given string. It's designed for beginners to practice string manipulation and basic algorithms in C#.

Download and install Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code.
Download and install the .NET SDK.

Open a terminal in your IDE.
Type the following command to create a new console application:

dotnet new console -n WordCounter
```
Navigate to the project directory:
```
cd WordCounter
```

Open the `Program.cs` file in your IDE.

Replace the existing code with the following:

In the terminal, type the following command to run your application:
